Terms Of Services !
General
- The client fully understands and accepts the following information stated on the T.O.S.
- By commissioning me, you agree that I have the power to fully refuse services when a client is being overtly rude/disrespectful in any way.
- Provide as much references as you can of the character(s)!
- If you have specific poses/actions, and background scenes, let me know!
- Using my artworks on anything AI related is strictly prohibited!
- Communication is very important so feel free to openly discuss how the commission will look!Payment Methods
- Payments can be done through PayPal, Ko-Fi, or Interac E-transfer (For Canadian clients).
- You can either pay me the full price after making the finalized sketch.
OR
- You can pay 50% of the commission's price after I make the finalized sketch, then you will get a preview of the final piece and if approved, you can pay the remaining half before I send the finished commission.Refunds
- You may cancel the commission anytime prior to receiving the payment.
- Once I receive the payment, I will not accept refunds.
- If an issue occurs where it will hinder me to complete the commission, a refund will be discussed and made.Progress + Revisions
- I will give frequent updates throughout the commission process.
- You may request me for screenshots of any updated progress made!
- You are given 3 free revisions; additional revisions will be an extra charge (+20%).Deadline + Delivery

- The commission is freely for personal purposes!
Some personal use examples are: setting it a profile icon/header, as a gift for someone, personal collection.
- Commercial use is +200% the original price.
- I am allowed to display the commission onto my portfolio and social media (with a watermark).
- Do not claim to be the artist of the commissioned artwork.
- Credit me (@kenwasdrawing) when posting the commission on social media.
- Do not modify or alter the commission without my permission after completion.
